“Mi estancia en Alma House fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, supe que estaba en un lugar especial. El ambiente del hotel combina elegancia, tranquilidad y un diseño moderno que hace que uno se sienta en casa desde el primer instante. Pero lo que realmente hizo única esta experiencia fue la atención al cliente. Quiero destacar especialmente a Constance y Sofiya, dos profesionales extraordinarias que hicieron todo lo posible para que mi estancia fuera perfecta. Siempre……

“The AC was very noisy, the AC located in the living area so the bedroom is quite stuffy. either stuff or cold. Staff at night not very helpful. ”

“各方面都很好, 只有交通及早餐比較不太好. 每小時一班接駁車, 極不方便, 早餐亦太早完, 9:30 便停止供應, 款式亦太少.”

“Excellent , faultless 2 night stopover . Brilliant pre arrival comms thru WhatsApp so I could self check in due to likelihood of arriving after 7pm when reception closed ; two key codes for outer door and key box by lift . Spotlessly clean and very well appointed room inc. hob,washer,cooking utensils, large TV . Decent bathroom with big shower cubicle . Excellent in room WiFi . By prior arrangement left my suitcase to wander round, leaving before reception opened then dropped in early afternoon……

“This new hotel is worth the stay. It is in a central location to Holland Village shops, several bus stops and the MRT. The hotel offers many amenities (pool, gym, laundry services, grab&go breakfast) and offers spacious common areas and rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful our entire stay.”

“The staffs are nice, room size is big , my kid can run around. The room was clean , has everything you needed. There are two toilets and bathrooms, super convenient, recommend for family. ”

“This was a great place to stay. It is ideally located on Orchard Road, with an MRT and plenty of food right next door. The reception staff were lovely and they provide a good breakfast. Best coffee was at the Providore just up the street. We will happily stay here again.”
