“Very good hotel with its cleaniness, service quality, breakfast and friendly handsome staff. It was not far from the Dubrovnik old town that I could walk between the hotel and the old town. I will choose Hotel Lero again when I visit Dubrovnik.”

“Fint, fräscht o modernt hotell med utmärkt läge. Stort & fint rum med havsutsikt & balkong. nackdel: det fanns bara två elkontakter i hela rummet vilket knappast funkar för två personer med mobilladdning, tekokare, hårfön etc. Inget eluttag i badrummet för en hårfön - bara för rakapparat. Vet inte hotellet att kvinnor använder andra apparater än hårtork? ”

“本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。”

“there's no hot water for showering, the hotel staff didnt inform us when we checked in. The staff said it's because of the storm in that afternoon that damaged their facilities, but we talked to the hotel guests and discovered there's no hot water supplies since the day before ”

“The two lady receptionists were helpful and good Waiters at breAkfast were cold. Male receptionist seemed cunning ”

“Bathroom light broke did not fix”

“This is a lovely hotel with nice rooms and very pleasant /helpful staff. A very nice breakfast was provided. Importantly it is easy to get into the old town. It is about 7 minutes by bus with a bus stop almost directly outside the hotel with several buses going in that direction. You can also take a bus from here (No 10) to Cavtat a holiday location along the coast (about 30 minutes), Finally, a fine small supermarket has recently opened about 30 metres from the entrance to the hotel.”
