“My boyfriend and I spent one of our first trips together at this beautiful little cottage. Perfectly situated outside by a rolling creek, we enjoyed staying in, as well as exploring Colorado Springs. House was clean and had everything we needed. Food, activities and sightseeing are only 10-20 minutes away from the property. Hot tub was incredible and I truly couldn't have asked for a better VRBO! I hope we get to come back someday.”

“Everything was perfect! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Clean, beautifully decorated. Nice people. Easy check-in and check-out. Love the indoor outdoor fireplace. Had coffee on the patio in the morning with the local deer. Community firepit is a great addition. Very peaceful. Highly recommend!!”

“The Rustic Rook Resort is a fabulous new addition to the Yurt/Bin wave of alternative to hotel stays. It is just a few miles from the Great Sand Dunes National Park that is simply awe inspiring and has fabulous sledding on the Dunes for the entire family. Excellent dining is about 20 minutes away in downtown Alamosa. The stars at night are incredible. We stayed in a Bin, which was less rustic than the name would imply. It was perfect for my husband and I, and our dog. We wouldn't hesitate……

“Loved the property and so many activities ”

“This is a delightful get away location. Cozy with everything you need to cook and eat in if you’d like. Easy walking to downtown locations. Lovely outside deck with chatting squirrels. Quiet end of Manitou Springs makes sleeping in easy! ”

“The property itself is beautiful and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and open space. The location is on a rougher side of Pueblo with a lot of transients and run down homes. However, the property is fenced in and I felt very safe . It was a great price in a spot really close to down town. I really loved it and would stay again . ”

“It was one of our best stays in Colorado so far! We were impressed by cleanliness of the house, its comfort, decoration and taste of the owners in every detail.The property is isolated in the forest area, so we could enjoy our romantic dinners and breakfasts without extra eyes watching you. And of course the hot tub under the night sky was the icing on the cake!We did have some visitors one morning - deers came to share our breakfast)))))It was a perfect weekend with the best memories of……

“I was here with my friend/colleague for an annual work conference (space symposium) for three nights. I will definitely be booking this for next year! It was amazing! The views were breathtaking and the house was clean, well decorated and furnished, and cozy. The bed was so comfortable..I actually forgot to ask where they got it because I want one for my home! ”
