However, the room had poor natural light, making it dim indoors rather than romantic or charming. There were no suitable chairs or designs, so staying in the room meant lying on a bed unsuitable for reading. There were several holes in the wooden floor, and there was concern that these might worsen and pose a risk of injury to guests. The overall room experience was not good.”
