“Unique home that served as a great launching point for a weekend get together around an LSU FB game weekend. Home is in a nice location with a grocery store not even 1 block away. Easy access to university and highways. Beds were comfortable. Loved the quirky dual staircases. Had the biggest master bedroom suite I’ve seen. ”

“Had a wonderful time staying in Baton Rouge - we fished out the back yard everyday! Plenty of room for our whole family. Great safe place to stay to be close to everything.”

“Sizable home, plenty of extra blankets, bare minimum basics in the kitchen/bathrooms. All the beds are incredible thin and uncomfortable. There are no hand towels in the bathrooms and no dish towels in the kitchen. We had to purchase some basics throughout the trip - paper towels, trash bags, smoke alarm batteries.. but the host was kind enough to bring us a ladder so we could change the beeping smoke detector battery. The home is in a good location, close to lots of gardens, museums, the mall,……

“The house was great !!! Only had 2 problems . 1) Agent could not remember the door code to get into the house, so it took us about 1.5 hours to get into the house. 2) The owners had installed a new thermostat and the heat would not come on (it was only cold for 1 day) but they did get it fixed. Overall the house was great and would stay again.”

“We arrive at the property after check-in time. I had to call for door code. The place was not clean at all. Kitchen sink had dirty dishes, washer had items in it, tras on living room floor, beds was not made, yard was a mess, toilet wouldn't flush, bathroom sink was leaking. I would not recommend this place to stay at all. I communicated with the manager who agreed to partially refund for a day but never received any refund.”

“The cottage was just as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. We loved that the launch was minutes away and we could tether the boat right outside our door. A big plus was the ability to buy ethanol free gas on the water dockside just a bit over a mile away at the new restaurant/bar Reno’s on the River.. ”
