“酒店各方面都还不错，但是赶上停车场正在施工，没有提供足够的停车位，以至于回到酒店没有地方放车，与酒店人员沟通也不太顺畅，酒店的人不管。最后只能把车放在了不是停车位的地方。我觉得既然停车场施工酒店的工作人员应该批出其他地方供旅客停车。以减少不便。”

“Great location on the main boulevard (Florence) Greeted with a smile at the front desk. All staff was helpful in any needs we had. Good variety for breakfast. “We spent a weekend at Best Western Plus in Casa Grande and were delighted with our stay. The hotel is very new, very clean, and quite comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Next time we are in Casa Grande we will be sure to stay here again.”

“I have a few mixed feelings on this review. Over all was great however we didn’t get our code to get in but a few hours before our 2.5 hour plane took off so that was stressful. When we did arrive at the home the code didn’t work at the house. I was able to reach a live person by phone and she gave me the code for the spare key lock box and said it would be reset, we ended up using the spare key for all 5 days. “This home was very new and clean. We felt very secure in this gorgwous gated community. I would have given 5 stars if the home was completely set up. We had to go purchase a coffee pot to have our morning coffee. The home only had 2 towels for our 5 day stay. We do alot of hikes and day trips when we travel so a small cooler would have been awesome. “There was no communication. These people took the money & ran. After I booked it, I did not receive any check-in information until 1 am the next morning, after we were supposed to check in. They asked for additional credit card information, which caused another red flag. I booked the place for four nights and they would not refund any of the money for those unused nights. We never even checked in to the place. I believe it's a scam and would not book this place. Be cautious!”

“We arrived earlier than expected and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to see if our room was ready so that we could ck in early. The room was clean and as advertised. The bed was amazing, best sleep on our trip and it was very quiet! Would highly recommend this hotel!!!”
