Unit Layout
You will be staying in the "Il roseto III", a 3-room semi-detached house covering an area of 120 square meters on the 1st floor. The property has been renovated in 2024 and features beautiful and cozy furnishings. The large living/sleeping room is equipped with a panoramic window, a double sofabed, a dining table, a TV, a tiled stove, and a wood-burning stove. There is an exit leading to the terrace from this room. Additionally, there is one room with a bed and a double bed, as well as a separate double bedroom.

The property boasts a large, open kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is an exit from the kitchen leading to the terrace. The house also features a shower/WC and a separate WC. The heating system is wood-based, but it is not available in all rooms. The floors are made of wood throughout the property. There are two terraces, one large measuring 30 square meters and a smaller one measuring 15 square meters.
