“The staff was amazing and friendly from the beginning. Got more than a welcome drink when we first arrived. Everything about the property was explained in great detail which was so helpful for how short our stay was. Took care of the dinner reservations and return transportation immediately. Also booked a couples massage at the spa. The spa was incredible. The massage was the most soothing and relaxing massage that I've had. If you're gonna go to this resort, get an 80 minute massage; you won't……

“We were a large group of 25 people. Just returned last night back from the resort everything about the resort is amazing including food service cleanliness choices of restaurants to dine attention to details by the workers there, It all met and above our expectations The only down thing about this resort is the beach. You have to walk to the neighboring properties for the beach experience so you still have access to the beach but not just directly in front of this resort. I am personally a beach……

“We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. The main pool was really murky ...compared to the adult pool. The room was clean and grounds were well maintained by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some guests made the stay irritating but that's not the resorts fault. We would definitely book through Expedia..gave us a perk...as it……

“Quiet”

“I love Valentin and had no issues previously but this year I found a few things I did not like. The hotel needs more restaurants. There were many nights where the wait for some of the restaurants were 1.5 to 2 hours long. With no dinner buffet option, we had no other choice but to wait. Since our dinner ended up late most nights, we did not make it to any of the shows. The other issue I had was that people would leave their belongings on the beach/pool beds or chairs and not occupy them. There……

“I had an amazing experience at TRS YUCATAN for my honeymoon. Before our trip, I contacted the hotel via email to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they surprised us with honeymoon events and decorations in our room and throughout the facilities. I was truly touched by their attention to detail and care. What I liked the most was how friendly the staff were. If I ever visit again, I would definitely want to stay at TRS YUCATAN.”
