「This resort is so much more fun then people think…I went on a girls trip here, and we struggled to find something bad about this resort. There was always something planed and to do. The service was out of this world and the food was to die for 10/10」

「The experience was overall great with a few caveats. I don’t believe that this is a 5 star resort based on a few customer service details that were simply lacking. As soon as we arrived at the resort after a very early and long flight the receptionist was very aggressively trying to persuade us to upgrade our stay by hundreds of dollars in order to access the adult TRS beach. 「This was our first trip to Mexico and our first time staying in an all-inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with phenomenal service; bags were checked, drinks offered, and escorted to our Ambassador. The staff were amazing and made the stay worth it!
