“Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was a bit dated and the mini fridge smelled moldy and didn't quite keep stuff cold enough. But the value, location and nice pool patio / hot tub made up for it. Hotel parking is $29 / night but when I looked exasperated, the front desk person informed me of the free & plentiful parking behind the hotel, arguably closer to our room than the hotel garage! Appreciated the on-site laundry even if it was $2 (all in quarters) for each washer and each dryer cycle.……

“We had tickets to the Belly Up. This hotel was just a 10 minute walk. It is also right on a nice bike path near the coast. Check in was easy and breakfast was plentiful.”

“We spent a week at this property after being in the Solana Beach area already for a week. The check in was smooth and had been relayed to us a week before we arrived. The condo had electronic locks so that was easy. The condo does not have a/c so the house was hot and stuffy when we arrived but there are nice powerful fans in each room and it helped. The condo has had some update to furniture and decor but still seemed a bit “tired”. That did not affect the quality of our stay tho. The amenities……
