This rural property located near Lake Ontario & beautiful Sodus Bay, on the Seaway trail, only minutes away from both winter and summer fun. Incl. Wine tours, boating, fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling. Whether you need the peace and quite of an afternoon by the pool, or great hiking, we have room for you to park your boat or snowmobile trailer. Along with the opportunity for supervised interaction with Horses and Alpacas.

Animal lovers
Don was a gracious host. We had a group of 2 teenagers and 2 adults. The property was beautiful. Don allowed us to pet and feed the alpacas and love on the horses while he explained all their stories of how he got them. He rescues almost all of his animals on the farm. He is easily available if you need anything! Highly recommended and plan on staying there again.

Nice quiet place in a country setting. The unit was clean, updated and comfortable. If I'm ever back in the Sodus Bay area, I would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing. From the moment my group arrived we were stunned by the property. It’s located on a beautiful farm with plenty of space for walks, alpacas, and horses. The patio and pool were the perfect place for outdoor hangs and the inside was a great place to relax after a great day. The owner of the property was very helpful and friendly.
