Положительных впечатлений больше
В целом отель неплохой, смущало отсутствие лифта, при том что Дили мы на 4 этаже и по нескольку раз на день приходилось носить вверх вниз ребенка. Что касается ближайшего пляжа то вода грязная из за стекающих туда речных вод. Река рядом с отелем течет. Так же могут доставить дискомфорт пролетающие над головой самолёты, недалеко аэропорт. Но опять же это не косяк отеля а его расположение. Что касается плюсов : отменная кухня, в том числе и завтраки, что входят в оплату проживания ,очень красивый двор, в номере есть всё необходимое, вежливые администраторы, горничные и работники кафе. Недалеко есть довольно приличный пляж, много кафешке и столовых рядом, можно пешком прогуляться до порта, Сочи парка. В общем , сопоставив все плюсы и минусы- рекомендую

Хороший отель за свою стоимость. Удачное расположение. Рядом много мест где есть возможность поесть. Рядом парк Южные культуры. Пешком можно дойти до Олимпийских объектов.

Маленький бассейн, странный бар, долгое обслуживание. Понравилась каша утром, и то что рядом от олимпийского парка. Кушать лучше рядом. И обязательно посятите Южный парк

Есть единственный номер с видом на море - №13 )
В целом - очень положительные впечатления. Из номера 13 (на 4 этаже) даже есть вид на море. Туалет/душ очень компактно расположены в обычных номерах, кондиционер работал постоянно - в номере было комфортно, без жары. Балкон небольшой, но уютный, вечерами после захода солнца проводили там время. Пляж ближайший мало комфортен, советую пройти на 5 минут дольше - через пешеходный мост на пляжи около Мандарина, на них комфорт создан почти как в Центральном Сочи. По дороге к мостику от отеля есть несколько уютных и недорогих кафе. На территории самого отеля есть уютный дворик и приятный ресторан/кальянная с бассейном рядом со столиками. По желанию можно брать в прокат велосипеды или электроскутеры. На них очень удобно и быстро можно доехать в Олимпийский парк.

Уютный, домашний отель
Отель небольшой. Номера убирают каждый день. Очень маленький душевой отсек, отгороженный клеенчатой занавеской. В номере есть одноразовые тапочки, щетки, расчески и мыльные принадлежности. Завтрак нормальный и обычно состоит из кофе (чай), яичницы или каши и сосисок. Песонал отеля очень внимательный и заботдивый.
