“Lisa & Kevin's place is great. It was clean and comfortable. This unit was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and description, and then some. Communication with Lisa was prompt, clear and thorough. We had a wonderful time in Providence and this was the perfect place to call home base during our stay. Highly recommend and we would certainly come back. ”

“This clean and well-decorated apartment is accurately portrayed. We had a relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Bristol, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hosts can provide you with a parking permit for your vehicle and it was easy to find street parking. Just a block from the waterfront. The hosts were friendly and communicative. The kitchenette is well equipped for making simple meals and snacks. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Fabulous apartment in a great location. Beautiful space with a property manager who is accessible, easy to reach and a delight to work with.”

“Nice property for 4 adults in a very convenient location. The downtown area and RISD campus are within walking distance, along with restaurants and shops. Be aware (for those with mobility issues) that there are stairs into and within the apartment. The two bathrooms are accommodating and the kitchen has basic necessities. Street parking is allowed, but only during certain hours - we had to move our vehicle at 8:00 am to a spot a few blocks away. A few minor complains....no lights on the……

“Cool and modern, great open layout, cool courtyard with fire pit”

“This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting.”

“Great location! We parked our car and walked to so many delicious restaurants, markets and bakeries. We will definitely be back!”

“Owner very nice, accomodating checked on us by text and saw him occasionally in the neighborhood but never intrusive. Space is comfortable with great view of DePasquale Plaza. Lots of activity and an easy walk to downtown library RISD museum, waterfire and VanGogh Exhibit as well as many very good restaurants and music on the hill.”

“We are from the Midwest and were in Rhode Island to tour colleges. We treated the trip as a mini-vacation. The house is spacious with three levels. It was very clean when we arrived and the manager was very easy to reach if we had any questions. Amazing views and hiking. Very modern and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Providence and 45 minutes to Bristol, RI. Residential area but there is a good restaurant just three minutes from the house as well. We went early Spring but I imagine the pond would……

“The bed is SO comfy. The view from the deck, and even inside the room, is beautiful. Chocolate chip cookies and fresh cut cantaloupe (along with other fruits)were waiting for me when I arrived and I’m not ashamed to say the cookies were gone in literally 10 minutes of my arrival 😳. Loved her homemade soap/lotion/oils as well and will be purchasing for gifts (and myself 🙂). ”

"The room was affordable, clean, and quiet. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We had a great experience there for two days and would love to stay again!"

Disappointing. Broken Air Conditioning.

"The room has a smell of cigarette smoking and the air conditioning was broken in our room. We managed to move into another room with a floor cooler. When we were packing to move, a person who claimed to be the manager of the hotel called our room and told us to vacate the room right that moment. He was very impolite. In the room which we switched to, it still felt hot like outside at 33 degrees as the window was not securely taped, therefore there was a leak in the window caused by the air duct of the floor cooler."
