There is no air conditioning but, between the living room ceiling fan and windows, the place stayed nice and cool (just make sure each window/door screen has no holes before opening it as there are LOTS of bugs outside). Both bathrooms are on the second floor so anyone sleeping downstairs must be willing (and able) to climb stsirs”
