“Tucked Away Cottage is a peaceful, comfortable base right in the middle of Grassington. It’s within literally a few paces of great pubs and small local shops - with lots of nice walks on the doorstep too. Did good hikes to Bolton Abbey, Buckden Pike and Malham Cove/Tarn. Even managed an unavoidable day’s work thanks to the good wifi. Parking right outside the front door is a real bonus. Thanks!”

“Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ... Not what we expected when we……

“Beautiful n great village..plenty of room, beds, bathrooms..shower door in downstairs bathroom was broke, also vent on outside was broke and birds we're building a nest. Handle on frig could be bigger. The large table was great for our family, Needed a little TLC in dusting n cobwebs. Great parking.. overall good, would stay again. Sheets could be cleaner n fresher smelling, sorry for all the complaints,but if it was mine I would want to know.”

“We stayed for a week in February and didn’t want to leave. The Cottage is a home away from home and has everything we needed and much more. The kitchen had everything needed for us to cook each day. The log burner was a special treat. Great WiFi and TV, very comfortable bed and nice and warm central heating. Neil and Sharon were fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed their advice and friendly chats! Can’t wait to return!”

“We loved our stay at The Old Post Office. Ideal for our family get-together. The beds are really comfortable, lots of spaces to hang out in the house, the area is magic- roll out of the front door and you are by the river or can go on glorious riverside walks from the front door. The Aga was lovely and warm and the property was well equipped, we had everything we needed. For us the photos didn't do it justice, The Old Post Office was comfortable, characterful and very spacious.”

They did not inform us of the need to establish an account at their website, nor did they clearly indicate how to access the cottage before our arrival, If you manage to connect via telephone, their personnel will talk over you and then hang up on you. THE COTTAGE HAS NO MOBILE/CELLULAR COVERAGE. For some, this will be a plus—an……
