I DON’T RECOMMEND this hotel due to payment incompetence. Booked room for 1 night through Expedia and stayed one night. Americinn got paid via the 3rd party. A few days later the hotel charged me again. Despite numerous phone calls to them, they insisted they “have no record of my credit card”. My credit card statement doesn’t lie, it shows the record. Since they refused to refund it, I was forced to call the credit card company and dispute it. I am a reasonable person and understand errors happen, just correct it. They did nothing to help, were not communicative or sympathetic, and just pretended they had no record of the charge. Terrible customer service. Won’t stay there again.
