The morning of checkout, the lock on my door quit working and I was not able to get into my room. There was no urgency to fix it even after I repeatedly mentioned that I had to leave for an appointment. Eventually, the non-ambitious maintenance employee was able to pry the door open. Not that I was expecting a refund, but I wasn’t acknowledged or apologized to over the major inconvenience that this caused. Everyone just went about their way. Oh, and the front desk clerk knew which room it was as soon as I mentioned the problem. Apparently, this lock has been causing issues.
Overall, for being a newer facility, it was ok. My room had a funny smell, but everything else was ok.
