A haven for coastal activities, the house is across the street from the ocean and numerous beautiful beach parks.

Enjoy fishing, boating, snorkeling and kayaking at Phil Foster Park (15-minute walk - under the Blue Heron bridge). The oceanfront parks of Riviera Beach and Ocean Reef Park are also a short walk from home. On the North end of the island is John D. MacArthur Beach State Park offering kayaking, paddleboard rentals, a nature center and more.

Golf lovers are in for a treat -- the house is just over a 20-minute drive from PGA National Golf Club, home of the PGA and five championship 18-hole courses! Tennis courts are also located just 10 minutes away.

While just 15 minutes' drive away, Rapids Water Park is the ultimate place to cool off on blue-sky days.

Walk across the street for happy hour at Coconuts on the Beach @ Hilton or down to Castaway's or Johnny Longboats for dinner and drinks. Sailfish Marina has local vendors on Thursday nights, and Riviera Beach Marina on Sundays. Rafiki Tiki is an outdoor restaurant at the Riviera Beach Marina, where you can also take a short water taxi ride to Peanut Island.
