Villa Menorca is a charming 3-bedroom villa affording a prime location in Armação de Pêra. With a private swimming pool and located just 700m from the beach, this wonderful property is perfect for couples or families looking to stay in a quiet area but within walking distance of all amenities.

This wonderful holiday home with traditional Algarvean architecture provides 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and sliding doors leading out to the gardens. An additional guest W.C. is available in the circular entrance hall and an inviting living room with sofas and satellite TV allow you to lounge comfortably. On a slightly lower level you can find the dining area and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishes and utensils, toaster, refrigerator and a laundry room with a washing machine.

Outside, the swimming pool surrounded by well-kept gardens invites you to jump in and enjoy the warm Algarve sun. There is also an outdoor shower and a traditional covered barbecue, where you can prepare meals to be enjoyed on the terrace, overlooking the pool.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra are only an 8-minute walk down the road.
