“The hotel didn’t provide a lounge or bar for a drink. They turned the lobby area to a banquet site which made the hotel extra noisy. My room is opposite to the staff doorway which they talked so loud that woke me up at 7am or so every morning. Staff are friendly but the services range is not satisfactory: they don’t have ice cube to provide. ”

The hotel fit my needs fine as I had a very busy schedule breakfast was good. The only thing I noticed is that the English of the staff was a little week I had difficulty getting the receipt for my laundry for the purpose of expensing it”

“1. 走進房間, 燈制設置在床頭櫃, 要行到入房內才可開燈 2. 找房間拖鞋不容易, 穿著鞋走滿全房才找到. (個人不大喜穿著鞋在房內走動) 3. 致電Room Service和Front Desk叫餐沒人接電話, 最後要自行走去大堂前台落單. 4. 吹風機的後蓋(進風位)有鬆. 5. 退房時, 帳單現時是用電子帳單, 但郵箱沒有收到 (不知是否發錯郵箱地址), 最後要打電去追. 房間整體是整潔的, 床是舒服的. ”
