「Our family had a beautiful weekend celebrating a birthday. We got to spend quality time with our first grandbaby. There was more than enough room for 7 people. The lake is accessible many close by places. The kitchen was great for home cooked meals and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing before bed.」

「Perfect base for exploring Mt Rainier NP! Everything as described, perfect location and everything you need away from home. Only complaint is Needs New Pillows! Beds are a bit firm but fine; the pillows were atrocious flat pancakes. Otherwise 5 stars.」

「We arrived after a crazy flight into Portland from California and our son joined us by driving from Ashland OR. There was a charming Christmas tree and fireplace mantle decor waiting for us. So cheery after the bleak dark drive through Vancouver to get groceries.The lighting in the bathroom was a delightfull surprise and the towels and layout were charming and peaceful. 「We absolutely loved our stay here! Nice piece of property. Beautiful mountain views, very peaceful. It’s an hour away from Mount Rainier however this is where you want to be especially during the busy months when the cars are lined up to Ashford. We enjoyed the privacy, fires in the evening after a long hike and our kids loved going home to Carlos and the cute cows. We had deers and elk visiting one night also. The house is chic & nicely decorated, loved the kitchen! I would highly recommend!」

「From the pictures online to being out there it was beautiful! There are neighbors but the views are blocked and they dont bother you at all. Might get a visit from a friendly puppy that just stopped by to say hey! Didnt catch any fish that was disappointing but, enjoyed the grill, hot tubandfire pit, and surrounding areas. Host was absolutely wonderful, communication, helping qith a few processes, suggestions and just overall amazing! Overall this is a tiny slice of heaven for getting out! 」
