“We had a wonderful time!! The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We camped on our way to Colorado from Connecticut, so it was really nice to spend 5 days in such comfort. We were able to do our laundry, cook some nice meals, and enjoy some great activities nearby, including the hot springs and white water rafting! Would highly recommend!”

Very clean, location was within walking distance to everything they needed, very comfortable, safe neighborhood, and manager was available when needed. The Perch had everything that was needed and my guests would stay there again for sure!”

“I came here with my 87-year-old mother. Safe, easy access, elevator, one bathroom had a walk-in shower, full kitchen, etc. Both were easy to navigate with ADA needs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location (next to Iron Mountain Spa if desired). There were not many complaints except no Kleenex, the freezer must have been left open at some point so it needs to be defrosted, shower soap was out in one bathroom, and shampoo was almost gone in the other. These are small easy fixes and should be……

“This is a beautiful property with a great location. Close to walking trail and river. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the spectacular views. Elevator available if you don’t want to take the stairs, we did both. Close to Glenwood Springs! I would highly recommend! Clean and spacious! We had a fabulous stay! Thank you! ”
