Multiple emails, a call the day of to ensure we had everything and to update us on check in time and text throughout our stay to ensure we were okay. “Beautiful home! I extended my stay an extra night. The only reason for 4 star clean rating was the sofa sleeper mattress was covered in urine stains. “First, property manager was very nice and quick with any questions I had. Overall, very convenient, the check-in area was a tiny store with everything you could possibly need.
