This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the left side of the 1st floor garage spaces (2), along with the 2nd floor. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation property.

Siesta Key Villa Stay
Our stay at the Villa was very nice. Description of property was very accurate. Communication with the management company was excellent. View from our balcony was entertaining and beautiful. Lots of people watching to be had. The internet signal is very weak and not dependable. We were very disappointed with the kitchen and laundry amenities. There weren’t “left behind” detergents, plastic wraps, salt and pepper, items usually found at other homes we have rented. We left our items but I suspect they won’t be there for the next guests. This may sound silly but to have those items available is extremely helpful when running the dishwasher and washing machine and for basic cooking. It just took me back for the price point of this Villa. Just be prepared to buy everything you need on day 1.

Great property and even better location, but
Everything with the property was great. The location is right across the beach from access 11. We did not utilize the pool at all so I can not on that other than it looked clean for the most part. The only downside with the place was the air conditioning, the back 2 bedrooms had very low air flow. We utilized the provided fans but it got warm at night. I will say the elevators that they have to the individual floors was great moving heavy luggage up and down during check in and check out.

Excellent Property, perfect location
The entire process was seamless from booking, checking in to checking out! We arrived to a very clean, well appointed & beautifully decorated property. They had all the amenities one would expect for an upscale listing. We had a problem with the dishwasher the second day, but management responded the same day with a repairman. I loved the location! It was an easy walk to the main village and directly across the street from beautiful Siesta Key beach. We utilized the four nice bikes that came with the property which was a wonderful perk! We used the grill at the pool on several occasions. Even though we shared the pool space with another unit, it was comfortable & nice to know our neighbors. The only downfall, which is temporary, is a house being built across the street created a lot of noise during the day. However, I loved this property and would rent it again & again.

Great location but description was not quite accurate. Max capacity would be 4. No way to put more in that space. The 3rd bedroom is tiny & only has single trundle bed w no adjoining bath. Great location & place is nice but small for our family of 4.

Great location and view
We spent a week at Villa Vista Mare. The location from the beach and to the village are perfect. The walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes and the walk to town is about 15. The condo also has five bikes which is perfect for a quicker trip. The condo comes equipped with everything a family would need. All of your beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, games and there for you to use. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing. The one bedroom is very small and doesn't have a closet. It worked out for our family but it would be tough to use as a rental for three couples. Overall I would highly recommend

Just what we needed!
Awesome location on the Key. Just as easy to walk to The Village as it was to drive there! Beautifully appointed (but pillows could use an upgrade—-I don’t understand why rentals have the cheapest, most uncomfortable pillows). Everything you could want in a home away from home was furnished & available! Loved waking up and have my coffee on the decks that look straight to the Gulf. Pool was Awesome!!! I want to go back….actually, never wanted to leave but work & school beckoned…..This is a gem of a rental in Siesta Key!!!!

The unit had everything we wanted and more. We will definitely be returning. There were plenty of beach toys and activities for kids to do. Our girls age 3 LOVED the elevator. The only complaint I would have is the child lock on the pool entrance is broken. It should be fixed so children can’t open the gate.
