“The location of this property is amazing. I am from Nebraska and two families stayed here. The pool was great for the kids and adults even though it was late fall. The pool heater worked great but the charge to heat is expensive and once you inquire cannot be undone once you have the invoice. Check in and out was very easy. The trash was almost full when we checked in but wasn’t too big of a deal. The private drive was so nice. This is all being picky. I want to emphasize that the area is great,……

“This was a great place to stay while my daughter and I spent a long weekend exploring the LA area and visiting Universal Studios. My daughter is a huge Harry Potter fan and this apartment was such a nice place to return to after spending a day in the park. We were close to Trader Joes and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, dishes and flatware. I feel like the hosts have spend a lot of energy making sure all the little things were there to have a relaxing place to stay for the……

“We had a group that was in town for a long weekend primarily for a college football game. We had 7 couples and the property was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone, along with great communal space highlighted by the pool, bar and spa. It was absolutely perfect. Bennett and Cossette were great with the check in and willing to help with anything and everything. Highly recommend this property for any large group like ours!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would!! This host is a super host. Communication was always there and seamless. They even allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight. Property itself was exactly as described and perfect for me and my girlfriend for our visit. “This was a trip of a lifetime - to see Joni Mitchell at the Hollywood Bowl- so we needed a great place to stay and we sure found one. It is exactly as depicted in photos. So, no surprises. Super clean and beautifully decorated by someone with an amazing green thumb. The plants are wonderful. The view of the Hollywood sign from the living room and the fantastic deck was spectacular . Paula was prompt in responding to me and super friendly. I’d only make a couple of suggestions: an extra blanket……
