Second bedroom is a loft with a new Full sized Hybrid memory foam mattress & a futon could sleep a smaller child. Huge deck with dining table & sectional overlooks the large firepit & lake. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, new stove & microwave, with all the dishes needed to prepare a large meal! Stackable washer/dryer is provided as well.

We have a 50' fishing pier and a boat stall available with a deep channel to open water if you want to bring your boat.
