“The location of this property is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful mountain views, quiet and serene. However, the house itself does not seem to be prepared for guests. The outside of the home needs some tending to, specifically removing the weeds on the porch and by the firepit so guests can relax without worrying about ants and flies. The inside of the home is very pretty, but again some little things, like fixing the screen door to the patio so it doesn't slam each time you go out and adding……

“Irina was amazing. The VRBO was just what we needed. Very pet friendly. She had fresh water for our pets each time we came back to the room. She offered to watch our pups, but we took them with us each time we left. The room is centrally located making it easy to visit all the must see's in New Mexico. Highly recommended if you are traveling withpyps!!!”

“Such a unique property. We do quarterly management retreats and we chose this place because it seemed unique and different than the places where we usually go, and indeed it was. This place has so much charm. I will say that it is a bit isolated and not a ton to do and the property is a bit lacking for games and activities, though upon my suggestion they went out and bought some yard games before our stay was even over for the next guests to enjoy. “Recent upgrades were nice while still providing an authentic southwest look. Amenities were more than adequate. Location was great for those that like proximity to the plaza, but appreciate relaxing in the tranquility outside the city. My 1 recommendation would be providing detailed instructions for operating the heating and cooling in the house. It is confusing to say the least.”
