“We thought that the property was good. It was as expected but no more. What we didn't like was being told at reception that we also needed to provide a $100 deposit/bond in case we damaged anything. We understand that they need to protect themselves and there property but had rung them 3 times to confirm and clarify some things and this was never mentioned.”
