“The service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a positive experience. The only reason for putting 4 stars is that the bathroom in our room had a strong ammonia smell. Also, as a heads up, I went with my elderly mother and the building had steep stairs to get to the bath and dining, and the room was not exactly barrier free and we tripped over a couple of times (We didn't think much of it at the time of booking, so it's our fault) Otherwise, it was a great!”

“愛知県の自然に囲まれた素敵なお宿でした。愛知県在住ですが、なかなか県内旅行の機会はありませんでした。今回コロナで県外への行動制限により、このような発見ができてよかったです。古い建物ですので最新の設備ではありませんが、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。(自然の中ですので虫は仕方がないと思います。) お食事も地産地消で楽しめました。忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、丁寧な梱包で迅速に対応して頂けました。”
