"Excellent staff. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. Only wish was the TV had movies. Very convenient location. About an 8 min walk from the subway/mall. There’s a cafe, bakery, & 7/11 located right around the corner. Soda beverages (coca cola, sprite, fanta ) were provided and refilled daily free of charge in the mini fridge. Bottled water as well. Would definitely stay again."

"Amazing hotel!!! The staff really made it great especially the lady that was cleaning my room. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. I liked how there was privacy and it was not a busy hotel "

"The location is great to visit Shanghai with the metro accessible almost directly from the hotel, great units and friendly staff. To improve, I would like to see some more "healthy" options on the breakfast and room service. But overall an excellent option."
