“I did not appreciate the parking. Unless you were handicapped or a "diamond member" I had to park quite aways from the door. There were ten to twelve spots for diamond members close to the main door that were unoccupied for the 3 days and 2 nights we stayed.”

“It was an outdated hotel but the staff was friendly, we had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool! It was heated so that was nice. Our kids also loved the sky walk ;). ”

“Everything you need - including a fitness room and breakfast. Great value for your money.”

“The site is beautiful but the level of service is very low. We learnt only a few days before checking in that we could not stay 3 nights but only 2 although we had made a reservation through Expedia several weeks before... We were also very disappointed that horse riding was almost not possible, and that the swimming pool was available only a few hours a day. The same dinner was served two days in a row. There is not even a laundry service on site. All of this is very disappointing regarding……

“A good stay, bed was comfortable and water temp amd pressure were good. The refrigerator was unplugged with no easy way to plug it in, shampoo was empty (conditioner had 2 pumps). I like that the HVAC unit had a Constant Fan setting to help with background noise, but the hotel was very quiet.”
