「One night bed and breakfast stay. Excellent facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools with spa facilities. Very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The only slight criticism was the bathroom could do with a refurbishment. (Room 18). We choose to have an evening meal at the ferryman pub, just a short walk away but the cooked breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.」

「We had a one night family birthday treat for my husband. 2 teenagers and a dog were perfectly catered for. We had 2 adjoining rooms on the ground floor with private access outdoors. The hotel had really thought about our accommodation. The food was excellent and they made every effort to help our birthday celebrations. The pool and sauna were wonderful and the grounds were heavenly. I wish we could have stayed longer!」

「Genuinely warm welcome after long horrendous journey was appreciated. Fantastic service throughout stay to us and dog. Smallish double room and ensuite was a bit of a squeeze with dog in tow. Some nice extras like bottled water and tasty biscuits for dog and her humans! Good choice of foods for breakfast. Food consumed was freshly cooked and tasty」

「Beautiful wooden panels in reception and main staircase. Beautiful area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Massage and spa facilities were good. We had a massage and paid extra to use the spa. The only downfall was an uncomfortable bed. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the white buck. The hotel rooms were spacious and quiet with good amenities. An amazing shower! Enjoyed the bar area with board games. Only downside was the quality of the food. It had good potential but just not cooked well. Although they were really good with allergies. 」
