“The people who run The Lodge at Crooked Lake are wonderful. It is a family owned business and they are very friendly. It is a rustic kind of place, not a luxury hotel but a rustic lodge with themed decor. They serve breakfast but I wasn’t able to partake in it so I cannot report on how good or bad it was. ”

“We and our Labrador Retriever Jake stayed 9 evenings and throughly enjoyed this home. Every window at the back of the cabin showcases a view of the serene lake, from the dining room to the living room to the primary bedroom. We relaxed and even worked a few days given the fiber-optic internet. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging and mere steps from the beautifully clear lake where you can see the bottom. “We had a wonderful stay. Dan and Norah were easy and timely to communicate with. All questions answered quickly and they were very willing to make sure the stay was everything we hoped it would be. The views and privacy are very nice. The home is comfortable - both fireplaces inside work nicely, and furniture is very comfortable. Location is nice - quiet, yet only 15 minutes from multiple towns for food, drinks, activities. We'd definitely go back in the future!”

“Our family of seven stayed at Deerpath Lodge for nine days. The property is well cared for and clean. The owners give guidance on how to care for their place so it stays in a well kept condition and also have informative signs to indicate where things are kept. Their lodge is pleasantly decorated with an up north theme and they even had it decorated for Christmas, which was festive.
