“If you like sea life and aircraft this is the location for you. This property is located very close to the airport. The runway approach almost goes right over the property.If you love watching aircraft take off and land just set your chair up on the beach and enjoy. If you enjoy sea life, there is a plethora especially when the tide is low. The property itself was perfect-clean newly updated, on the ground floor. The outdoor pool located right as you exit the beach was perfect for rinsing off……

“As advertised. A couple of minor suggestions. *There is not a place to take your garbage - only an issue if you are there for an extended time period. * Dirty dishes in the cupboard. * The bed in the master bedroom is comfy BUT - every time you move slightly the bed squeaks terribly. Overall, a nice place for our visit and we will consider again. ”

“The condo was great, it has everything you need for a stay with the family. Plenty of room, all the necessities in the kitchen etc. It wasnt perfect though. On the listing i didnt read anywhere that these facilities did not have an elevator. It was only sent at the very very end of a long email about the check in process the day before. We were on the 3rd floor. It wasn't a complete deal breaker but i feel like it needs to be clearly written some where for people deciding to book to can see it.……

“We had a very enjoyable stay on Callawassie Island on our most recent visit to the Low Country. We had a limited agenda and the villa provided a comfortable base. The owners provided everything necessary (and then some) for comfortable living, cooking, etc. We enjoyed taking our dog on daily golf cart rides to explore the island. Golf is a great benefit for the rental. Only one 9 was available and a second will be available soon. The third nine is undergoing renovation but should be completed by……

However, it's important to honestly point out what made it disappointing for the sake of the host and future visitors who are going to pay a decent amount of money to stay here. - I hope this review can spark change, best of luck. Things to note from our experience: - The Condominium complex is outdated and poorly upkept. There are no elevators which is a big deal since this unit is located on the third floor. Aggressive signage posted all around the……
