“We had a terrific stay in this house! We were so impressed with the house itself but also with communication with the management rep. The house is beautiful and very spacious so that everyone could spread out. It was also a great location for us. Finally, and most impressive, is that the house was fully decorated for Christmas - Christmas tree, pillows, mantle, knick knacks, etc. It was honestly so special and so homey. Thanks for the great stay!”

“There was no TV, or working internet. The ‘king size’ mattress that is in the loft can only fit one person because the ceiling is only a little over one foot from the mattress….it is honestly unsafe. The mattress is also covered in plastic which was very uncomfortable. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds unfortunately.”

“This house is in a great neighborhood, it is beautifully decorated and mostly very clean, however there were Quite a few bugs inside the house. I did message the property manager and she explained that they had just sprayed and did offer to send someone out to spray again. The biggest issue I had was a felt like the description was a little bit misleading. The description does say that the owner lives on the property in a completely separate unit, but really it’s just an attached room in the……

“The property met our needs wonderfully for our stay in Del City. We were there for a softball tournament that was being played in Del City and we were located within 10 minutes of all venues. We were also 5-10 minutes from OKC which led to lots of fun team bonding! The property manager even extended our stay on short notice with much appreciation.”

“Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Due to the weather, I did not get to enjoy the backyard, but it looked inviting. The convenience to OU was definitely a plus.”

“My family loved this home. We arrived Christmas Eve just in time to wrap the presents we brought from Washington state and prep for Christmas breakfast. The home was clean, comfortable and just as promised. Very close to everything we needed during our stay. Even walking distance to a great strip mall, with restaurants and bowling.This will definitely be our home away from home while our Airman is at Tinker. We expect to visit often. “We rented the property while visiting my husband’s family in the Choctaw/Midwest City/OKC area. The location is super convenient, and we were really happy with the property considering the price point. It’s nicely decorated, and it feels homey. The king bed in the master was very comfortable, which was a huge plus for my husband and I. My boys each had their own room, which was another plus. My biggest complaint is that the kitchen is not well stocked, which really limited what we could cook.……

“Had a very pleasant weekend stay here! Was in town for a Sooner game. Loved the location (very close to OU), the cleanliness of the unit, and the ease of the check-in/check-out process! Carmen was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Would recommend!”

“The property is great for the price. It is the back of a house. I thought it would be a duplex type thing but it’s an add on to a home and it appears they rent both units. The backyard was very tall, over a foot for sure and that was disappointing. It has a nice fence, doggie door, the only down fall is the gate isn’t secured so I didn’t feel safe letting my dog use the doggie door because anyone could walk by and open that gate without me knowing.
