“For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality”

It snowed thanksgiving day and the owners were so amazing cleaning the property and even helped cleaned our cars. “We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.”

“I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled”

“We came to the Cooperstown area looking for a few days away and some time to visit the Hall of Fame and do some antiquing. The home was lovely and exactly as promised online. We didn't need to have a lot of contact with Stephen, but the few times we did he was very responsive and very helpful. The house itself is a historic home, so as another reviewer mentioned, the floors are a bit creaky in spots. But that's the charm of a historic home. The place was spotless top to bottom, roomy, spacious……
