He gave me name and address but did not mention that there is a special and private section of the Huashan Hospital for international patients. The public section for local people was crowded, with no English-spoken people, and slow attention would not be appropriate. It was necessary to hospitalize her in the international unit. The medical and hospital attention was very convenient. A HILTON hotel must always have convenient medical information to support guests in critical hours like this.

We arrived in the Hotel at 3pm from the airport.
The room wasn’t ready and the reception told me that they are not sure if the room will be ready even an hour later. We had another schedule so we had to clean up at the public restroom and leave the hotel to go our next appointment.
Didn’t get any official apologies or a sorry note or anything. They don’t have anything to say about this situation except the room is not ready and they are not sure when the room will be ready.
