This is a hotel located within a building shared with many office workers. So, there are many people taking elevators up and down.
We have three reservations made through expedia or hotels.com. But the front desk give all of us the corner units (a bit smaller than regular units). I am not sure if this is a routine for people's booking through expedia.com or hotels.com.
The room is nice and clean although it is a bit tight. The greatest asset of this hotel is the location -- it is close to one of the largest shopping mall of Pudong,, Shanghai. The subway station is not far. There are many places we can find meals and amenities for different cost levels.
