Everything i could have needed was provided, plenty of firewood and fire starter, the property is incredible with lots of room to roam. My dog loved the trails and open land. “We rented this home for a baseball weekend in Manahawkin. It FAR exceeded our expectations! The home itself is lovely with many amenities, upgrades and charming “beach” decor. The best part of the home, in my opinion is out back on the lagoon! Our boys kayaked, paddle board, fished off the dock and made s’mores and hot dogs in the fire pit. We made a quick 20 minute drive to LBI for the day as well which was very convenient to get to. Highly recommend this home for a peaceful relaxing get away!……

“Eli was very prompt in answering my questions. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The location was great, near lots of food options and a grocery store. The floors were not the cleanest, rug and stairs needed carpet cleaning. The wooden stair railing at the top of the stairs were not as sturdy (can be moved), which made us nervous when my children went near the stairs. Loved that the place included a gate at the top of the stairs. Overall, there were more positives than negatives.……
