“This location was great. The cabin had everything we needed. We encountered a few bugs, but thats to be expected when you're out in the woods. The creek was bone dry, but it was a very short walk to a public access area at the river. My kids loved it so much. They got to wake up and play outside right away every morning. We would stay again. The host was very responsive. ”

“The place was very clean and I appreciated the host. I was expecting a long clean up list only to find they didnt have one for when i was leaving so my morning was pretty relaxing. The place is very small and cute. Only this is the place is built for someone taller and there is a step stool but it took me a minute to find it since it was behind the bar stool.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this quiet spot. We kayaked the lake without disturbances and only saw a handful of other people on the water. But be prepared to get muddy on your way down into the water. We enjoyed the provided firewood and fire pit area and having somewhere clean and cozy to sleep. The provided coffee and snacks were awesome. Would definitely come back! Thank you!”

“This was my first B&B type stay. Always went to hotels. We knew we wanted to travel to the Tennessee area and this popped up in the listings. How could you not want to stay there? “A great house to join together with my family from out of state. The house was. Clean and as described, well stocked and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great - but if it was, u easily could have seen us staying by the dock all day kayaking and using the SUP’s. Derrick communicated well. Definitely rent the golf cart.
