Beautiful and considerate design. The rooms are small but feel luxurious. You couldn’t be in a better location and the staff couldn’t have been more hospitable. We wish we had known about the different pillow options ahead of time and the bed was quite stiff. The robe in our bathroom still said Nobu, which was a bit odd. One of the faucets did not work, no cold water, but it didn’t impact our stay.

Una terrible decepción. Uno pensaría que un hotel como Nobu, sería una experiencia inolvidable, pero no. Las habitaciones son oscuras, no hay prácticamente luz. Hay una pequeña ventana, que en mi caso no podía ni abrirse la cortina porque da a la calle, que es muy transitada. Todo el tiempo pasa gente y te ven. Eso también vuelve el cuarto extremadamente ruidoso. El aire acondicionado es controlado centralmente, tu puedes intentar bajar la temperatura de tu cuarto, pero al final ellos la regresan a los 23 grados, que en la noche es bastante caliente. Me parece un falta de respeto que en un lugar de primer nivel no puedas controlar la temperatura deseada, cuando pedí bajaran la tempreratura me dijeron que no se podía bajar más. Fuimos a cenar, y por increible que parezca NO tenían sushi (en Nobu??) lo que comimos estuvo muy bueno, pero es increible ir a Nobu y no poder ordenar sushi. La terraza estaba en su 2o dia de apertura y no tenían vino, solo algunos cocktails. El personal es extremadamente amable, y se esforzaron todo el tiempo porque nuestra estancia fuera agradable, incluso nos consiguieron boletos para un show de flamenco, sin embargo la mejor actitud no puede suplir problemas básicos.

We had a beautifully-designed suite (207) and would call particular attention to the lighting which was relaxing and well-balanced. The Japanese restaurant was, unexpectedly, one of our better meals in Spain. Staff was motivated, professional and cheerful. Center city location was perfect. Nobu ticked all the boxes.
