"I thought it was an amazing experience. I loved the breakfast and the rooms were so clean. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my time there with my family. The only things I would improve are the surrounding area’s which are a little sketchy and how you have to pay for snacks in your room, but that alone isn’t enough for me to rate the experience less than 5 stars. Definitely coming back!"

"I recently stayed at Hotel Mirador Las Palmas and overall had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff made us feel welcome right from the start. The room was clean, although it did feel a bit dated. There was no air conditioning in the room, which could be an issue if you're staying during the hotter months. However, the room was still comfortable enough for our stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was the stunning views – they were absolutely spectacular! Whether you’re lounging by the pool or relaxing in the hot tub, the scenery is something you won’t want to miss. Speaking of the facilities, both the pool and hot tub were great for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Despite the rooms feeling a bit dated, the fantastic customer service and beautiful views definitely made up for it. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Mirador Las Palmas to others looking for a relaxing getaway with great service."

The beautiful grounds are a standout feature, with meticulously maintained gardens, a lovely variety of plants, and a charming array of animals that added a special touch to the surroundings. The facilities were wonderful, especially the chapel, bar with a pool table, and arcade games, offering entertainment for all ages. The service was exemplary—every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The team was especially accommodating with the dietary needs of the vegetarians in our group, providing thoughtful options. When my mum had an accident during our stay, the staff responded immediately and with great care, providing assistance and a wheelchair without hesitation. It was incredibly reassuring to know that such attentive and kind service was available when we needed it most. While the rooms are simple, they are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment for a restful stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming place to stay."
