This Private Mountain Getaway is a perfect setting to create memories in the mountains all year long! This property is located on a 4 acre parcel so there is plenty of seclusion and privacy away from the world and noisy neighbors! Our Mountain Retreat is a 3 story cabin with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large wrap around deck with a hot tub, propane BBQ grill and patio tables. Our beautifully decorated cabin features a video arcade for those rainy days, big large screen TVs, and full size washer and dryer in case you need to wash anything. Plus there is a fire pit to enjoy with family and friends at night that is perfect for telling Ghost Stories! Come enjoy a perfect and private property that will make your vacation one to remember for a lifetime!
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Our cabin is located at a top of a mountain. The roads can be steep, narrow and curvy. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to the cabin, please feel free to ask us. The cabin does not require a 4 wheel drive or front wheel drive under normal weather conditions, however it is recommended when there is snow and ice. Rear wheel drive vehicles are not suggested during the winter months.
*WELL WATER: Private Mountain Retreat is on well water. Well water here in the Smoky Mountains sometimes has a different feel to it. Well water is safe to drink and to use for bathing and to cook with. We do have water system at the Private Mountain Retreat, but keep in mind, it may smell and feel different than what you are used to. Also, well may take time to recoup themselves after a lot of water has been used. This is a common problem in this area and there are times you may have to use water sparingly or wait for the water pressure to rebuild.
*PETS AND WILDLIFE: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests every month, but there are times you will find bugs, such as ladybugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, and we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors. Please do not leave any food in your car. Bears may want to get into your car to enjoy your leftovers. :)
*Property is located at 2125 Cascades Ct. Sevierville, TN
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*Fireplaces are On between October 1st - February 1st, and off the rest of the year.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
