COZY BEAR OVERLOOK is a spaciously designed 2,850 square foot, 4-king bedroom/4-bathroom, three-level log cabin with easy access in all weather conditions and paved parking for up to 4 vehicles. This conveniently located cabin retreat is nestled in a log cabin resort, Eagles Ridge North, a log cabin community centrally located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains offering natural wooded mountain views of the Smokies. Located less than 2 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and all of the area attractions, including Dollywood, Ripkin Experience baseball fields, The Island, outlet malls, dinner theaters, historic Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

COZY BEAR OVERLOOK has just one small step to enter the cabin making it easily accessible for all. Enjoy privacy and comfort in one of 4 king bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom on the upper level has a Jacuzzi tub where you can relax after a long day shopping and sightseeing. On the main floor, there is a bedroom with an attached bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located on the lower level along with a living space equipped with a sleeper sofa, a separate game room with a pool table, and a deck with a bubbly hot tub!

The main floor great room is very spacious and has a stacked stone gas fireplace, large well-appointed kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling windows to provide the view you deserve. The ultimate in open space living, so you can enjoy your friends and family from anywhere on the main level living space, or watch your favorite sport on TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker (drip style & K-cup), blender, slow cooker, silverware, dinnerware and quality cookware or head out to expansive wrap around deck for breathtaking views to grill dinner.

Whatever your Smoky Mountain vacation plans may be, we know you will enjoy your stay at our no smoking and no pet cabin. COZY BEAR OVERLOOK can accommodate 8 adults MAXIMUM (12 total with all children, 17 and younger including small children and infants). You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. If you need additional lodging, we also rent other cabins in Eagles Ridge North Resort.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT and PAYMENT: To secure your reservation there is a 25% Reservation Deposit by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Your remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival by credit or debit card. If you book within 60 days of your stay, the total amount will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking.
