“The home was exactly as described - updated, clean, and a very quick walk to transit. We visited many of the neighborhood restaurants and pubs. Easy access to other areas of London. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip. ”

“Stayed here 6 nights – it was perfect for visiting family/friends in the area. Also has bus at door to train stations, giving easy access to London. All new throughout, quality fittings, spacious, comfortable, stylish, very well equipped kitchen, parking on property behind locked gate, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Convenience store and good take-away food shop across the road. Easy drive to the delights of Kent. We loved it here – it was the perfect resting place after a busy road trip around……

“It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .”

“Laura was there to meet us upon arrival and help us get the car in to the garage, which was very good of her. The beautiful apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The short walk to the tube made it easy to get to all the attractions.”

The kitchen must have been recently renovated - amazing stove and oven, everything new, and the drawers had everything you would need, including sugar and salt. The windows must be new too. “We loved everything about this property. It is in a beautiful neighborhood within a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court Tube station; 5 minute walk to Kensington High Street; 5 minute walk to a Supermarket; 3 minute walk to a local pub. Easy to get anywhere in the city via public transport without the noise of being in the thick of everything. The property is exactly as advertised -- 4 bedrooms with Queen bed in each room and newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Modern touches throughout.……

“My stay in Paddington was nice. The location was ideal, most of the things you needed were very close by. Food, shops, various means of transportation, etc. Only issues I had were, verification of the postal code to find the correct location. The second, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom downstairs, not sure of the source and we were not able to locate it. After letting the place air out for a while, it wasn't as bad. Finally, parking, parking is limited and you have to pay attention to……

“Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. My 24 year old son was not comfortable most……

“We had such a good time exploring London from Gina’s lovely and beautifully equipped flat. To start with the neighborhood was so fun and really splendid for foodies. As coffee addicts, we were delighted to be right above the excellent Devotion Coffee and walking distance to Prufrock Coffee as well. Right down the block are all the restaurants, cafes, pubs of Exmouth Market. (We appreciated the recommendations and particularly enjoyed Morito ). “The house matched the pics and was in an amazing location. Close to Highbury and Islington tube stop and right by lots of restaurants and bars but far enough away so it was quiet at night. The host was highly communicative and responsive at all times. Couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommend.”

“We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. ”

“Our family had the best time in London. And, having this space as our home base made our trip that much better. Family friendly with short walk to multiple tube stations allowing easy access to all things London offers. Hosts were so welcoming and the extra touches were superb! Thanks for everything. “Loved the area. Easy to get on busses or Underground. Had all the amenities needed. Great beds. Down falls of loft: Stairs were very steep, bedrooms were a little small and no where to unpack, kitchen was in basement and windows and doors rattled constantly. ”

“Excellent apartment in the best area of London. Great accommodation with lots of room, state of the art kitchen and appliances, large windows overlooking Whitehall road, walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham palace and Trafalger. The host, Ross, was fantastic and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay and will be back. The only issue was the AC was not very strong and the temp in London was very high, but we dealt with it and it was not an issue. Excellent vacation rental.”

Two nights stay for business travel

"Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)"

"I was welcomed by their friendly staffs. They were always energetic & approachable. Sad it didn’t have any self-adhesive laundry in the hotel. I recommend “True Colours Laundrette” the shop keeper lady is super nice & helpful. Just 10 mins walk from the hotel."

"The location is excellent, within walking distance of many famous sightseeing attractions. It’s close to all the theaters, making it just a short walking distance after a show. There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money. "
