Beautiful Villa in peaceful isolation
Carlotta villa is located on the East coast in the hills, it is private and situated in beautiful grounds where you can listen to the birds sing and relax by the large pool. The villa itself was fantastic, a home from home, clean and exceedingly well equipped with plenty of games, BBQ, candles and comforts. There is a ping pong table is located in the cellar, and pool inflatables but no bikes or kayaks- these need to be rented from local sources. You will need a car to get to the shops and any beaches or restaurants. The best beaches with all the amenities are South of the Island about an hours drive, but the local beach was quiet and great for a dip and an evening walk. The villa is probably best located for those who want to walk or explore the mountains. Sadly we had very mixed weather, sunny mornings but rain and storms most afternoons, but Corsica is green and lush for a reason! Solarenza is 20 mins away and has a good array of restaurants, we highly recommend Chez Papou…excellent food and service. Canyoning in The Barvetta was a thrill we hadn’t expected and a boat trip in Bonifacio was another great day out. Nancy as a host was thoughtful and generous with lots of tips and information about the area. She managed to translate to English incredibly well, which was a god send! Thank you for a wonderful holiday Nancy x

Wir verbrachten eine ruhige, schöne Woche in dem Haus. Es liegt abseits mit einem schönen Ausblick. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Nancy kümmert sich mit Infos und einem schönen Ambiente um ihre Gäste. Die Küche ist ein wenig überfüllt.

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es gibt einen Gasgrill. Die beiden Terrassen laden mit ihrem schönen Blick zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool hat nicht nur den Kindern gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, bis zum Einkaufen und zum Strand ist es jedoch nicht besonders weit. Nancy und Christelle waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich sehr um uns bemüht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Magic place
We spent a week in this fantastic place of calm luxury. The views are fantastic, the pool is bigger than in most hotels and you are surrounded by serene nature. At the same time, major attraction, restaurants, markets and beaches are within reach of a few minutes drive. The house offers all amenities you need and the hosts are very pleasant. Très jolie maison avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes . Très isolée , vous avez l impression d être seul au monde et c est exactement ce que nous recherchions .
