Room make up services should be enhanced.Day 1, we have everything, Day 2, lack of slippers, Day 3 no drinking water, Day 4 no bath floor mate. Service level getting worse during our 5 days stay.
Excellent customer service, had a lovely stay while celebrating a bachelorette trip with the ladies. Would stay here again

Disappointed
I am very disappointed with the hotel. I booked a few nights at the hotel for my parents, who were visiting Seoul for the first time. However, two months before their departure, my dad fell seriously ill and couldn’t go on the trip. I contacted the hotel to inquire whether they could consider a refund due to this special circumstance and was willing to provide medical and hospitalization proof.
I understand the hotel’s refund policy, but this incident was truly unexpected and beyond our control. I emailed the hotel myself and also sought assistance from Hotels.com to reach out on my behalf, but the hotel completely refused or did not respond at all. The hotel’s rules are far too rigid and lack compassion.
