※The shower: The water pressure was ridiculously low and had to take much longer time for the ladies to wash their hairs.
※In the morning, there’s literally no HOT/COLD water.
└We turned on the chilled-water side tap and the water running was boiling hot. My partner and I burned our hand because of this. The worst part was when we called the front desk, and ask if someone could come into our room to have a look at it. They claim it is the "time of the day" causing this to happen, and no further action was taken to fix the situation.
└ I suspect other guest before me might have already report the situation prior, but funny thing is the hotel stuff did absolutely nothing about it.
※The "mini-fridge" in the room does not work "AT ALL", it has basically the function of a storage space and that is it.
※The housekeeping stuff forgot to refill tissue in the bedroom, tissue roll in the toilet, teabag/Nespresso capsule, and one day even forgot to put new shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in our room.
└ My partner and I felt like during the entire 4 days stay, we had to kept on asking the front desk for things that should have been given to us without asking. This is extremely annoying consider the hotel pride itself to be 4 star and located in the high-end, luxurious area of Seoul, therefore being stingy and cheap about tissues/ tissue roll is simply intolerable.
