Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Amenities are basic. Single room is cramped even for one person. There are no drawers to place clothes or a coat rack. Only 2 small cupboards. Thermostat can be controlled so A/C is good. Curtains were not fully blackout and let light in through the sides. Area is eh. Probably won't stay in the neighborhood again.

The stay was amazing 🙂 Staff, facilities, location were fantastic. The only small thing that could be improved could be a dedicated smoker’s area other than directly at the entrance.

Nice hotel but in room facilities are very mean - especially for a luxury room - no bottle of water, no snacks and only half the coffee pods ever replaced - very miserly. As I arrived very late it would have been nice to have had some food and drink options in the room - complimentary or not, something would be nice
