This charming 1,563 square-foot ranch-style home and guest cottage are located in a desirable location in Uptown Sedona, with exceptional views of Wilson Mountain and Steamboat Rock and easy access to Sedona’s famous landmarks.

This well-loved home boasts recently updated interiors that display a warm balance of old-world charm and modern rustic. The living area features beautiful tile flooring, a large stone fireplace flanked by modern book shelving, and contemporary wall colors that all work beautifully together. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern kitchen amenities and appliances to make cooking for your crowd a breeze.

As the sun sets on another day in Sedona, a large native landscaped backyard and covered patio is a perfect place to relax, unwind and reconnect with a sizzling BBQ and sundowners under Sedona’s dark skies.

Wilson comfortably sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms. In addition to the two bedrooms in the main house, there is a detached guest sleeping area with an electric wall-mount heater. An ideal base for a couples’ retreat or family gathering in Sedona.

Perfect Getaway
We were in town for a wedding and stayed extra days to enjoy Sedna. The house is a perfect spot to access all of the natural wonders of the area and walking distance to Uptown! We especially loved the back yard and the excellent views from the front window of the house.

Perfect location
La locación exellente, salíamos caminando al uptown Sedona, despertar y por donde quiera veíamos una tarjeta postal por las hermosas views, la casa muy amplia, dos de mis hijos se quedaron en el cuarto que está separado de la casa, ellos encantados por la privacidad, la casa decorada estilo native American, la cocina chiquita y un poco outdated but it was ok, el primer día los toilets se taparon pero la comunicación fue buena y vinieron arreglar el problema pronto, me gustó que en la ventana de la entrada uno se podía sentar y solo admirar el paisaje, la family room muy amplia para estar en familia y fácilmente se podían quedar unas cuatro personas ahí. La locación excelente para ir hiking, ATV s, o al rio, el rio hermosísimo, hubiera dado 4.5 pero fue más lo bueno q lo malo que por eso doy 5 estrellas. Me hubiera encantado que tuviera jabón para lavar la ropa y una canastita de snacks de bienvenida.

Fantastic communication between the property manager and myself… My guys were really happy. The place was beautiful and very relaxing for them after a hard days work… They got to stay there for a few weeks and they enjoyed it very much. Comfortable home in a stunning location
The location of this home was wonderful for our vacation. It was very peaceful and comfortable to return to at the end of the day. The view through the front window was absolutely stunning and was very enjoyable when having our meals. The home was clean and the furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The backyard was private and easy to relax in and it was delightful to hear birds singing in the early morning. It was a great location to reach the hiking trails. We hope to return in the future!

Perfect Uptown Sedona rental
The location was absolutely perfect for our trip to Sedona. The house was in great condition, clean, and well-appointed. The location feels private and secluded, but is surprisingly convenient and walkable to all of Uptown.

Beautiful views and great location
We spent several days hiking in Sedona, and this house was a perfect home base. We ate breakfast every morning in front of the big window with a beautiful view, and we walked to nearby restaurants for dinner.

A tucked away gem with spectacular views
I think I could write a 1000 word essay on how much I loved staying on Wilson Canyon Road! This cozy little house was perfect for this artist because there are amazing views of the Sedona red rocks just outside my front door. In fact, I painted in the front yard for several days. I especially love the cozy back living room with the gas fire stove and I spent many hours reading a book there. I never even turned the TV on while I was there! The house is extremely clean and comfortable and I DO plan to return soon! Thank you for an amazing place to stay, and please let me know if you ever want to sell it! I’m in love!

Stayed with our two daughters (6 and 4) and loved it. The house was perfect - great space with everything we needed. The view was amazing. Proximity to local shops and restaurants was awesome. Very Cozy House
Very nice house for a winter stay. Gas fireplace and gas heater with logs in family room. Loved the two recliners and large TV. Beautiful view from front room. House is a little dated, but very clean and functional. Management company took great care of us when a couple small problems came up.

Great location, clean, and beautiful view
My friend and I had a great stay at this home. It's very large and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. While some reviews say it's a bit dated, everything is clean and well cared for. We were very comfortable our entire stay, and the view outside the window is amazing. We hope to stay again.

Great location
Great location in Uptown with beautiful view out front window. Large living room and nice covered backyard with extra seating. No hot water when arrived but a new one put in next morning. Only reason gave a 4 due to older home that would benefit from updating, but comfortable enough with evap and added air in 2 of the rooms.

Worth every penny
Beautiful views just as pictured. Very comfortable. Well supplied. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice laundry room so you can wash your clothes and sneakers after hiking. Enjoyed having dinner and drinks on the patio. A hummingbird flew right up to one of the flowering plants.Saw coyote and local birds in the field across from the home. Friendly neighborhood.
