I called in to let the property know I’ll be checking in early around 2pm.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very rude and unfriendly lady, who asked me to come back at 3pm. I came back at 3:10pm, and she says oh well your room won’t be ready until 4pm. She checked room readiness at 3:55pm while sitting on her butt doing nothing. She let 2 families check in around 3pm before us.
The room bed was so old, uncomfortable and caused me back pain while my gf complained about bed bugs.
The next morning, we asked for the sheets to be replaced and for fresh towels. We were told by the same rude lady that they’re short staffed and the bed sheets will not be changed.
That was at 9am.
When we came back at 3pm, 6 hours later, our room was not made up, no sheets, no towels.
We had to go out to the hallway and take towels from the cart.
The room was never visited by a cleaning staff all day. We were told by a staff member that fresh towels were available at the front desk.
Again this goes to show the incompetency and crappy attitude of the front desk lady.
A terrible experience, no coffee when you need it in the lobby, old tiny rooms like a motel 6 but at a price of a resort.
Take my advice and don’t waste your money to be frustrated bc of incompetent arrogant staff who deserve to be fired on the spot.
