The room was nice, the staff were all friendly, and we enjoyed our stay!
Figuring out where to drop the car and eventually waiting for a half hour in line to do so wasn't the best experience, but everything after that was good.
The only sour note was our second morning of room service. We had attempted to place an order for two servings of their incredible French toast with Uber compote, and instead received one order to split. Which, okay, our bad because we didn't know how to make it clear that we wanted two. But then it didn't even have the syrup with it. Still yummy, because we had fortunately saved the last bit of yesterday's syrup, but still.
And I have to complain once again about the micro transactions: if you want a fridge, it's $10 per night. If you want a snack, the "mini-bar" has a variety of astronimically-priced options. Bottle of designer water for $5, that sort of thing. It's annoying.
Overall our stay was nice, though, and convenient to many destinations.
